Open theRegistry Editor (Regedit.exe).
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Applets\Tour.
3. Double-click the RunCount DWORD value.
4. Enter 0 in the Value Data text box, and click OK.
5. Close the Registry Editor, and restart Windows XP.
